There is nothing more special than the bond of a child and the parent who loves them. From those first steps to wathing them begin the life you prepared them for... it's not easy.
My Mom, Katherine Lucia Dimauro OGorman was one of those who had dual roles. She raised us, loved us and helped us see that the world was larger than what was around us - but to always see what was in front of us.
We learned to live, love, explore and grow. To go for what we wanted, and to want to earn what we go for!
Over the years I have watched my brothers, sisters, friends and the new people who have entered my life teach their children what our mom taught us.
While mom is looking down upon us in heaven... surely she sees that our family has grown and the grand children now have children of their own. They may never have met her... but the feel the love she gave to us.
So.. to each of you who have been entrusted with the care of "little" people... they are watching and learning. Love them, nurture them and help them grow for surely you will see the best in you... shine in them.
