Step by step he listened to what I needed and when I told him where I lived, he said " I'll be down to your place in a few minutes and show you the truck your interested in ". He stopped in , we jumped in the newer truck and took a test drive, then to the dealership. Bill handled everything professionally, expertly and made it fun. You truly feel your working with a member of your family. The process felt almost effortless.
