"Uncle" Bill was nothing short of amazing! Since the moment that I walked into Royal Subaru, he was more than just a car salesmen, he actually cares about his customers and will be honest with all of their options. My car died unexpectedly and he was awesome enough to show me several different options and walk me through the entire process. This is the best experience that I have ever had, especially since this was my first time buying a brand new car! He has been there to answer all of my questions even after I purchased my car and has checked in to see if everything is well. "Uncle" Bill literally helped me find the perfect fit for me. I was extremely anxious and he walked me through every step and let me test drive and actually get a feel of several different cars. I did not feel pressured in any way to buy a particular year, make or model.
