Buying a car can be OVERWHELMING! Uncle Bill took time to go through EVERYTHING with me, not just here's the numbers, here's the keys, bye. After all the paperwork was signed, he spent an additional 45 minutes making sure I knew how to work ALL the gadgets and where all the storage was. I left feeling like I knew the car!

With interest rates climbing as we breathe, I was worried that we wouldn't find something I could live with. I was able to get a good rate because we worked together. They liked the fact I had information that could help them get me the rate I needed, not the one that was first offered. It's nice when people care!
