I felt at ease with Bill. He explained about my options of leasing or buying the vehicle and about the extras that could be considered. There was no pressure or rush to make a decision. I usually am not a person to make a snap decision, however after taking a test drive and having the features explained, I did decide to make the purchase on the same day. "Uncle" Bill handled all the paper work so easily, that I could not have dreamed of doing. I now expect to truly enjoy driving my "first ever" new car.
