Uncle Bill was awesome! We went in later in the day the day before Thanksgiving. Bill was patient as we were trying to get financing. He promised he would get us the best deal and we would not leave Royal without the car we wanted. He went back and forth and finally we went home pretty confident we were going to own a brand new car by Saturday. Friday afternoon we got the call to come in on Saturday to sign the paperwork. Please tell us about your overall purchase experience and finance experience with Royal Nissan-Subaru
We already owned a 2018 Crosstrek but was interested in a few new features. Uncle Bill took us out in the rain looking at the newer models. We were interested in the floor model. Uncle Bill got right on it to make sure we got what we wanted. Uncle Bill made sure he showed us all the fancy bells and whistles and told us if we had any questions we could call him. We upgraded to the Crosstrek Sport and absolutely love how it has the new safety features. The extra cameras are like another set of eyes. If the camera spots something it automatically brakes. We also like the blinkers on the mirrors. The leather seats warm up well. This is the best purchase yet. All the comments on the color and trying to figure out if it is more yellow or more green always keeps the conversation going. Subaru has the best colors for vehicles.,.
