Bill treated me like family. I had an accident with my new vehicle that I purchased from Bill only a few months ago. It ended up being a total loss and Bill was with me from the beginning with setting me up with a car rental, advice (even off business hours), helping me find another vehicle, and anything else I needed. The whole Royal team took care of me very well! I appreciate everything that they did to get me through this very unfortunate situation I was in. Please tell us about your overall purchase experience and finance experience with Royal Nissan-Subaru

Bill knew that I loved my other Forester that I only had for 2 months because of my accident. He found me another vehicle with all the same features that the other one had and ordered it right away. He also did everything he could to keep the cost down to match my prior lease. Even though he thoroughly explained all the features of the vehicle a couple of months ago, there were still things that I had questions about. He took the time to explain everything to me and went for a drive to show me how these features work.
